How many Facebook, Instagram and LINE accounts can I connect to the bot after purchasing any pricing plans?

All pricing plans are in the unit of "bot". Only one Facebook/Instagram/LINE account can be connected to a chatbot. Whereas, LIVECHAT plan is in the unit of "chatroom". Unlimited number of Facebook, Instagram and LINE accounts can be connected to the chatroom simultaneously.

  • Free / Plus NEW / Premium plan: connect 1 Facebook and 1 Instagram account.
  • LINE plan: connect 1 LINE account to the bot.
  • Combo plan: connect 1 Facebook, 1 Instagram and 1 LINE account at one time.
  • LIVECHAT plan: unlimited number of connections toward Facebook, Instagram and LINE accounts.
How do I purchase the pricing plan after finishing the 30-day free trial?

To buy a chatbot plan, proceed to the [Account setting] page in your trial bot, select the desired pricing plan and pay to activate the bot.


To buy a LIVECHAT plan, also proceed to the [Account setting] page in your bot. You can choose to upgrade your present plan or directly pay an add-on price to activate your LIVECHAT if you are currently using any of our chatbot pricing plans.

How will I be charged periodically?

Base on the pricing plan being selected, the system will deduct the amount of money from your bank account automatically monthly or annually on the contract due date.


If you would like to turn off the auto-renewal, proceed to [Account setting] page to turn it off. After the deactivation, the system will no longer deduct the money automatically after the due date; instead, the bot will automatically be downgraded to free plan while LIVECHAT will temporarily be unavailalbe until the next top-up.

What are the payment options?

Either for monthly or annual payment, we only accept bill to be payed online by credit card.

For all pricing plans, we only accept bill to be payed online by credit card.

Am I able to enter the title and tax ID number for the invoice when purchasing the plan?

Yes, click "I need a receipt" to enter the title and tax ID number while filling out the payment information during purchasing.

After purchasing a pricing plan, can I still upgrade to other plan afterwards?

Yes, proceed to the [Account setting] page and click the "Upgrade now" button under the desired pricing plan. Some restrictions are listed as follows:

  • If you are currently using LINE plan, you are not able to upgrade to Plus NEW plan or premium plan, the only option is to upgrade to combo plan.
  • If you are using Plus NEW plan or premium plan, you are not able to upgrade to LINE plan but can only upgrade to combo plan.
  • If you are currently under annual contract, you may not upgrade to other monthly plan. For instance, annual Plus NEW plan users are not able to upgrade their current plan to monthly premium plan; while annual premium users cannot downgrade their plan to monthly premium plan as well.
Will my bot be activated immediately after the payment?

Yes, you will be able to start using all the features provided in the selected pricing plan after finalising the payment. If you are still under the 30-day free trial during your purchasing, the plan you bought will only be activated after the trial has ended.

How long will I recieve the invoice after finalising the payment?

The invoice will be sent to the email provided during the transaction process after 7 days.
